Practical support for community-based multilingual education programs

What we do

We help educators understand how their programs are performing. Our focus is on community-based multilingual literacy and ESL programs. These programs often operate in conditions where progress isn’t easy to measure or explain. We provide an independent perspective that program managers can use with confidence.

Who we are

We’re a small cooperative of experienced language educators and program specialists who have seen firsthand how reporting and measurement affect multilingual education programs from the inside out. We work together to provide senior judgment without the cost of large consulting firms.

Core Services

Program Health Check (2–4 weeks)

A short, independent review of how a program is designed and operating.

We look at program goals and activities, learning materials and delivery approaches, participation and outcome data, and staff perspectives. We deliver a concise memo with our findings and recommendations and a one-page summary.

Program Strengthening (6–8 weeks)

Focused support to strengthen specific parts of a program.

We may work to clarify curriculum guidance, adjust delivery models, improve learner support, or simplify documentation and staff processes. Revisions are tested, documented, and left with the team so that they can carry them forward.

How we work

Remote-first and comfortable with distributed teams. Clear scope, timelines, and deliverables. Careful with data, grounded in lived program experience. Collaborative and respectful of real-world constraints.

Indicative Fees

Who we work with

Multilingual adult education or ESL programs; community-based or NGO-led learning initiatives; grant-funded education pilots and ongoing programs. Organizations choose us when they want an independent view of how a program is functioning; when a pilot or ongoing program needs to be explained clearly; or when reporting becomes a burden to the program.
